We craft every mattress to order, just for you. Because of this, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. But we do want to make sure your mattress feels just right once it’s home.

Need a minor adjustment?

If your mattress feels too firm or too soft, we can make minor comfort changes within 14 days of delivery. It’s all part of helping you settle into your new sleep setup.

5-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Your mattress is also backed by a 5-year guarantee for any faults in materials or workmanship. This workmanship guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which covers you in the case of faults, defects or misrepresentation.

Please note:

  • This doesn’t cover standard wear and tear.
  • Body impressions are not considered a fault — they’re a completely normal sign your mattress is adapting to your body (and vice versa).

A note on ‘breaking in’

Your new mattress may feel a little different from what you’re used to and there may be a short adjustment period. That’s totally normal. Just like a good pair of shoes, it can take time for your body to adjust and for your mattress to settle. The support, alignment, and comfort benefits will be worth it.
